These are really good with chocolate chips, fruit, or cool whip. They're kind of crumbly, and the first time you make them you'll probably think that you did something wrong, but they're super delicious even if you scramble them in the pan! Ingredients:
1/3 cup bran flakes |
1 egg white |
1 tablespoon non-fat vanilla yogurt |
Directions:
