I have not tried these muffins yet, but they sound really good and healthy. Ingredients:
1 cup oat bran |
1 cup flour |
1 cup flax seed |
1 cup natural bran |
1 tablespoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 oranges, quartered and seeded |
1 cup brown sugar |
1 cup buttermilk |
1/2 cup canola oil |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 1/2 cups raisins |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Mix first 6 ingredients. 3. Mix second 6 ingredients in blender. 4. Mix all together. 5. Stir in raisins. 6. Bake 18 to 20 minutes. |
