Ingredients:
3 tablespoon(s) butter melted |
1 cup(s) milk lukewarm |
1 1/4 teaspoon(s) baking soda |
1 egg beaten |
1/2 cup(s) honey |
1 cup(s) stone-ground whole wheat flour |
1 1/2 cup(s) bran |
1 cup(s) raisins |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine melted butter, milk and baking soda, let stand for a few minutes. Add beaten egg and honey and mix well. Then stir in the flour, bran and raisins. Pour the mixture into a 12 cup muffin tin and bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. |
