muffins Ingredients:
9.17 tbsp whole wheat flour |
4 tbsp flax seeds |
1/4 cup wheat bran |
3/4 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 tsp ground cloves |
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/4 cup milk |
1 egg, beaten |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
2 tbsp applesauce, unsweetened |
0.93 cup carrots, shredded |
1 apple, peeled, shredded |
3 tablespoons raisins |
Directions:
1. mix dry 2. mix wet 3. add wet to dry 4. don't make carrot pieces too small or they will chunkify and not turn out well 5. Bake at 350 F (175 degrees C) for 15 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean. |
