An easy and simple bran muffin recipe for those busy mornings. Ingredients:
1/4 cup margarine |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1/4 cup molasses |
2 eggs |
1 cup natural bran |
1/2 cup wheat germ |
1 cup all-purpose flour |
1 cup milk |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Cream margarine and sugar until fluffy. 3. Beat in molasses. 4. Add eggs; beat well. 5. Alternate stiring in dry ingredients and the milk. 6. Spoon into greased muffin tins. 7. Bake 12 to 15 minutes. |
