This is a recipe that I adopted. Ingredients:
1 cup white flour |
2 cups natural bran |
1/4 cup cornmeal |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 1/4 cups skim milk |
1/2 cup molasses |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 cup raisins (optional) |
Directions:
1. Dissolve baking soda in milk. 2. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a muffin tin, using either nonstick pan or paper liners. 3. Bake 325F for 25 minute. |
