Very moist and delicious muffins. My husband could eat these every single day if I made them often enough. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, softened |
1 egg |
1 cup brown sugar |
1 cup all-bran cereal |
1 cup sour cream |
1 cup flour, rounded |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients altogether. 2. Spoon into muffin tins. 3. I use the paper muffin cups to make clean up easier. 4. Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees until light brown. |
