Tempted to eat these for breakfast everyday. These are a staple as a breakfast food on the long drive to Grandma's house. You can add raisins or any other dried fruit if you desire. Honey, can we stop for a coffee? I know we have only been driving 10 minutes! Ingredients:
1 cup butter |
1 cup sugar |
2 eggs |
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla |
1 1/2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 1/2 cups all-bran cereal |
1 cup nuts |
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar. 2. Add eggs and vanilla. 3. Stir in everything else. 4. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased sheets. 5. Bake 375' 12 minutes. |
