Ingredients:
2 lbs potatoes |
8 tablespoons farina |
10 tablespoons flour |
1 tablespoon salt |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes, then peel and mash. 2. Add farina, flour, salt and egg. 3. Work dough well. 4. Divide into 5 dumplings. 5. Place into boiling water, cook for 20 minutes. |
