2 teaspoons vegetable oil |
2 teaspoons sesame oil |
1 garlic clove, minced |
2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh ginger |
4 scallions, white part only, finely chopped (reserve tops for garnish) |
1/2 cup chopped cilantro leaf |
2 cups fresh shelled peas |
2 tablespoons water |
chopped scallion top |
Directions:
1. In a medium saucepan, heat vegetable and sesame oil. 2. Add garlic, ginger, scallions, cilantro and stir fry for 2 minutes. 3. Add peas and 2 tablespoons water. Cover and cook until peas are just tender. 4. Serve garnished with scallion tops. |
