Ingredients:
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 garlic clove, minced
2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh ginger
4 scallions, white part only, finely chopped (reserve tops for garnish)
1/2 cup chopped cilantro leaf
2 cups fresh shelled peas
2 tablespoons water
chopped scallion top
Directions:
1. In a medium saucepan, heat vegetable and sesame oil.
2. Add garlic, ginger, scallions, cilantro and stir fry for 2 minutes.
3. Add peas and 2 tablespoons water. Cover and cook until peas are just tender.
4. Serve garnished with scallion tops.
