Ingredients:
1 tablespoon light stick butter |
1 cup finely chopped green onions (about 4 large) |
1 (16-ounce) package frozen baby green peas |
1 cup fat-free, reduced-sodium chicken broth |
1/3 cup chopped fresh dill |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat; add green onions. Cook 1 minute. Add peas and broth; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in dill, and simmer 5 additional minutes or until peas are tender. Serve with a slotted spoon. |
