I love the flavour of these chops. Prep time includes marinating. Ingredients:
6 lamb chops |
3 tablespoons honey |
2 tablespoons dry sherry |
2 fluid ounces soy sauce |
2 tablespoons white vinegar |
2 garlic cloves, crushed |
2 fluid ounces chicken stock |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
2 tablespoons dark rum |
Directions:
1. Place chops in a glass dish. 2. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over chops. 3. Refrigerate at least 6 hours (or overnight). 4. Put chops and marinade in an ovenproof dish and cover. 5. Bake in a 350F oven for 30 minutes. |
