Another one I have not tried but intend to. It comes from an estate sale that I purchased recently and sounds really good to me. Enjoy Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil |
2 cups sliced white onions |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
2 tablespoons minced garlic |
8 cups firmly packed stemmed torn kale |
2 cups chicken stock |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. 2. Add onions, salt and pepper then stir fry 2 minutes. 3. Add garlic, kale and stock then cook stirring occasionally for 3 minutes. |
