1 medium cucumber |
1/4 cup low sodium chicken broth |
1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped |
Directions:
1. Pare, seed and cut cucumbers into 2 x 1/2 inch sticks. 2. Cook cucumbers and broth over medium heat, stirring frequently until tender; about 12 minutes. 3. Add dill; stir to combine and serve. |
