Ingredients:
2 lbs cabbage, cut in 1 inch wedges |
1/2 cup red onion |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes |
3 tablespoons oil |
1 cup beef stock or 1 cup vegetable stock |
Directions:
1. Saute onions, cabbage and seasonings in oil, just until it loses it's crispiness. 2. Add beef stock. 3. Simmer for 5 minutes. |
