Ingredients:
2 lbs cabbage, cut in 1 inch wedges
1/2 cup red onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
3 tablespoons oil
1 cup beef stock or 1 cup vegetable stock
Directions:
1. Saute onions, cabbage and seasonings in oil, just until it loses it's crispiness.
2. Add beef stock.
3. Simmer for 5 minutes.
