Braised Cabbage (Guisadong Repolyo)

This is a delicious Filipino dish that can be whipped up in minutes.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons oil
1 onion, minced
8 -10 garlic cloves, crushed
4 ounces ground pork
4 chicken livers, sliced
8 ounces chicken breasts
5 cups cabbage, sliced
2 cups water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Directions:
1. Heat the oil in a wok or casserole. Saute the onions until transparent, 2-3 minutes. Add garlic and saute until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the ground pork and saute until lightly browned. Add chicken livers and chicken breast and saute until almost cooked.
2. Stir in the sliced cabbage. Pour in water and add the bouillon cubes. Simmer over medium heat until cabbage is just tender, about 3 minutes. Season with soy sauce.
