Easy enough to make while multitasking, exhausted from a long day... or even after way too many glasses of wine. In fact you will only need to look at this recipe once to have it down for life. Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans peaches |
1 cup sugar |
1 cup flour |
1 cup skim milk |
1 cup oats |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Drain and rinse peaches. 2. Pour peaches into a 9X9 baking dish. 3. Mix all other ingredients and pour over peaches. 4. bake at 350 for 45 minutes. |
