Ingredients:
1 head(s) romaine lettuce |
1 cup(s) pecans sauted in butter |
1 whole(s) braeburn apple |
1 cup(s) raisins |
1/4 cup(s) dijon mustard |
1/4 cup(s) sugar |
1/4 cup(s) apple cider vinegar |
3/4 cup(s) vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Wash and tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Dice apple, leaving the peel on. Toss together the lettuce, apple, and pecans. Mix together the mustard vinegar, sugar, and oil. Coat lettuce mixture with dressing. Serve immediately. Toss the apples with some of the dressing to keep them from turning brown. |
