Ingredients:
2 store bought braciola (skewered flank steak stuffed with bacon and parsley) |
olive oil |
Directions:
1. Preheat a grill to high. Brush braciola generously with olive oil and grill until steak is cooked to a medium doneness, turning skewers over halfway through cooking. Remove from grill and let rest for a couple minutes before serving. |
