This finger food is great for party, leisure, infront of the TV, over the radio... Ingredients:
10 chicken drumplets (upper part), flesh pressed down towards the end of the bone |
1 tsp dark soya sauce |
1 tsp honey |
1 tsp corn flour |
1 tsp ginger juice |
1 tsp garlic powder |
1 tbsp babas' curry powder |
1/4 tsp salt |
garnish |
tomato |
parsley |
Directions:
1. 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high. 2. 2. Mix all the ingredients (except the garnishing) and marinate the chicken drumplets for 1 hour. 3. 3.Drain away the liquid from the chicken and grill until nicely brown on one side. 4. 4. Turn the chicken over and grill the other side until it turns brown. 5. 5. Garnish with tomato and parsley. 6. 6. Ready to serve. |
