This is a companion recipe to Arden Moore’s Bow-Wow Brownies (Bow-Wow Brownies). In the intro to the brownies he says, “Dogs give a paws up to this tasty treat. It offers the sweetness of chocolate but in the safer form for dogs: carob. Make a batch and cut them into bite-size pieces to use as rewards for well-behaved performances.”
