Ingredients:
6 sweet potatoes, boiled until fork tender and peeled |
1/2 cup fine aged kentucky bourbon whiskey |
2 eggs, beaten |
1/2 cup pecans, chopped |
1/2 cup sugar |
2 tablespoons butter |
1/4 teaspoon grated cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all of the ingredients with an electric mixer at a medium speed until smooth. Pour all of the ingredients into a well oiled baking dish. Bake, lightly covered with foil, for 45 minutes. |
