A wonderful and easy recipe for your grill from Cooking Light. Ingredients:
4 new york strip steaks |
1 1/2 cups bourbon |
1 cup brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Gently tenderize steaks with a meat mallet. Score the meat on one side with a sharp knife. Place in dish or ziplock bag. 2. Mix bourbon and brown sugar together and pour over steaks. Cover dish or seal bag and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 3 hours. 3. Grill to desired doneness. |
