excellent sauce for pork chops or pork tenderloin Ingredients:
1/2 cup bourbon |
1/4 cup dijon mustard |
2 tablespoons honey |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
cracked black pepper |
Directions:
1. Add bourbon to hot pan used for cooking pork. Boil for one minute. Add remaining ingredients, reduce heat, simmer to desired nappe. |
