Also great on grilled chicken wings! Enough sauce for 2 racks of ribs. From the cookbook Cooking with Wine and Spirits. Ingredients:
1 cup bourbon |
1/2 cup dark brown sugar |
1 cup catsup |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1/4 cup vinegar |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
3 garlic cloves, minced |
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients: mix well. 2. Brush ribs with a thin coating of glaze and place on grill. Continue to baste when turning ribs. |
