Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup chopped pecans, toasted
2 tablespoons nonfat milk
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon bourbon
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Combine sugar and 1/3 cup water in a small saucepan over medium-high heat.
2. Cook 5 minutes or until sugar dissolves, stirring constantly.
3. Stir in pecans, milk, butter, bourbon, and vanilla extract.
4. Reduce heat, and cook 3 minutes or until mixture is thick and bubbly.
