4 medium *sweet potato |
0.16 cup *brown sugar |
1 gram *1/6 cup no cal baking splenda |
1 tablespoon *light butter |
1/2 teaspoon *table salt |
1/4 teaspoon *nutmeg |
1/4 teaspoon *ground cinnamon |
1/2 cup *light plain silk |
1/4 cup *bourbon |
Directions:
1. Clean, oil and bake sweet potatoes at 400 for about 30 to 45 minutes. Potatoes are done when fork pierces easily. Remove skin and put in mixing bowl with all other ingredients. Mix and serve immediately (may be kept warm in the oven or rearmed gently if needed). |
