These are easy to make. they can be made ahead and reheated. I whipped this recipe over the weekend for the game Ingredients:
1 lb little smokies sausage |
1 lb bacon |
3/4 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup bourbon |
1/2 cup chili sauce |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375. 2. Cut bacon into 1/3. 3. Wrap each smokie with bacon. 4. Secure with toothpick. 5. Bake til bacon is crisp. 6. Drain. 7. Blend together all other ingredients. 8. Pour over smokies. 9. Bake 15 more minutes. |
