One of the best ways to eat salmon. From the Cooking Light magazine Ingredients:
3 tbsp brown sugar |
3 tbsp bourbon |
2 tbsp soy-sauce |
1 tbsp ginger, fresh grated |
1 tbsp lime juice |
3 cloves garlic, minced |
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper |
4 skinless salmon fillets |
topping |
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions |
1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted |
Directions:
1. Combine first 7 ingredients (through pepper) in a large plastic bag 2. Add fish and marinate in fridge for 1 1/2 hours turning 3. Heat a skillet over medium high heat 4. Coat with cooking spray 5. And fish and marinate to the pan 6. Cook for 4 minutes per side or till fish is flakey 7. To serve spoon sauce over fish and top with onions and sesame seeds |
