Named after Bourbon Street in New Orleans Louisana and also for the Bourbon Whiskey Ingredients:
4 skinless, boneless brest halves |
1 teaspoon ground ginger |
4 ounces soy sauce |
2 tablespoons dehydrated onion |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
3/8 cup of bourbon |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Place Chicken Breasts in a 13 x 9 x 2 Baking Dish. 2. In a Small Bowl Combine the Ginger, Soy Sauce, dehydrated onion, 3. Sugar, Bourbon, & Garlic Powder. Mix together and Pour Mixture 4. over Chicken. Cover Dish and place in Refrigerator. Marinate Overnight. 5. Preheat Oven to 325 Degrees 6. Remove Dish from Refrigerator & Remove Cover. 7. Bake in Preheated Oven, Basting Frequently, for 1 1/2 Hours 8. or until Chicken is Well Browned and Juices Run Clear. |
