Pretty good recipe. I like to serve with brown rice. Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken, cut into bit sized pieces |
1 -2 tablespoon olive oil |
1 garlic clove, crushed |
1/4 teaspoon ginger |
3/4 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes |
1/4 cup apple juice |
1/3 cup sugar |
2 tablespoons ketchup |
1 tablespoon cider vinegar |
1/2 cup water |
1/3 cup soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Cook chicken in oil. Remove from pan. 2. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. 3. Add chicken. 4. Reduce heat. Simmer for 20 minute. |
