A hit with my friends Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts (i prefer skinless chicken thigh) |
1 teaspoon ginger powder |
4 ounces light soy sauce |
2 tablespoons of minced onions, dried is ok |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
3/8 cup bourbon |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
Directions:
1. mix all the ingredients together and pour over chicken, leave overnight in refrigerator. 2. you can either bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hours or bbq or cook in a cast iron pan. |
