3 tablespoons brown sugar |
2 tablespoons evaporated milk |
1 tablespoon golden cane syrup |
1 dash salt |
1 tablespoon bourbon |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
3 1/2 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped |
1 3/4 ounces milk chocolate, finely chopped |
2 tablespoons cocoa (unsweetened) |
Directions:
1. Combine brown sugar, milk, cane syrup, and salt in a saucepan over medium-high heat, and bring to a boil. 2. Cook 1 minute or until sugar dissolves, and remove from heat. 3. Stir in bourbon, and vanilla extract. 4. Add chocolates, and let stand for 1 minute. 5. Stir until smooth. 6. Pour into a shallow dish, cover and chill 4 hours. 7. Heat a tablespoon measure with hot water, and pat dry. 8. Scoop chocolate mixture with spoon, and dip in cocoa. 9. Roll into balls, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. |
