Ingredients:
2 cups long grain rice |
6 small tomatoes, minced |
1/2 cup olive oil |
1 onion, chopped |
2 cloves garlic, chopped |
4 cups water |
salt and pepper |
1/3 bunch parsley, chopped |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil and saute onion and parsley. 2. Add tomatoes,season. 3. Add rice and water and simmer until water is absorbed. |
