Ingredients:
24 small sprigs fresh parsley, divided |
12 bay leaves, divided |
1 1/2 teaspoons dried whole thyme, divided |
1 1/3 teaspoons dried tarragon leaves, divided |
Directions:
1. Wrap 2 parsley sprigs, 1 bay leaf, 1/8 teaspoon thyme, and 1/8 teaspoon tarragon in each of twelve 6-inch squares of cheesecloth. Tie into a bag, using white string. Pack herb bouquets into a wide-mouthed jar with clamped lid. 2. Note: Use as a seasoning for stews or sauces. Add Bouquet Garni for last 30 minutes of cooking. |
