If there is room on your grill you might want to try these. They go very well with grilled meat or chicken. Easy to do too Ingredients:
4 large onions |
4 chicken bouillon cubes or 4 beef bouillon cubes |
8 tablespoons butter |
Directions:
1. Peel outer layer off onions. 2. Slice a section off one end of onion, about 1/3 down. 3. Hollow out a hole in the center of large piece. 4. Fill center with bouillon cube and 2 Tbs butter. 5. Replace onion cap. 6. Wrap in aluminum foil. 7. Cook in indirect heat for about 1 hour or until tender. 8. Remove when done, cut into chunks and serve with juice in the foil package. |
