Boterkoek --- Dutch Butter Cake

This version of Boterkoek is more like a shortbread. I can never make enough for my family when we get together.
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 cups icing sugar
1 cup butter (room temperature)
1 (2 teaspoon) package vanilla sugar
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together with hands until very well mixed.
2. Press into bottom of springform pan and bake in preheated 400°F oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
