Great recipe for easy and wonderful Potato Wedges from Boston Market. I like too add sliced green onions. This is cooked in butter! You can also use vegetable oil or canola. Serve with whipped sour cream . Ingredients:
7 or 8 new red potatoes. |
2 cloves garlic, minced fine. |
1 stick butter |
1/2 tsp. salt |
1/2 tsp. black pepper |
1/2 tsp. celery salt |
2 tsp. crushed dill |
green onions, sliced for garnish |
whipped sour cream |
Directions:
1. Wash potatoes well and boil until soft, drain well on paper towels. 2. Let cool and slice into wedges. 3. Melt 1 stick of butter, in large frying pan (use only real butter) sauté garlic for a couple of moments, and then add potatoes and the rest of the seasonings. 4. Pan-fry the potatoes until they are lightly brown. 5. Slice green onions for garnish. 6. A spoon of sour cream is always good. 7. Serve and enjoy. |
