Pol Martin cookbook. This salad looks so refreshing I had to post it. I hope you enjoy it, if you make it please let me know. :) Ingredients:
1 large boston lettuce, washed and dried |
2 cups strawberries, washed, hulled and halved |
1 cup mandarin segment |
1 pear, peeled and sliced |
4 tablespoons mayonnaise |
3 tablespoons sour cream |
1/4 cup grated coconut |
3 drops lemon juice |
fresh ground pepper |
Directions:
1. tear lettuce leaves into smaller pieces and place in a bowl. 2. add strawberries, mandarin segments, pear slices, mayonnaise and sour cream, mix well. 3. add lemon juice and season with pepper, mix again. 4. sprinkle with grated coconut. 5. serve. |
