A drink from the bar Mundo Bizarro at Buenos Aires (taken in a book. It's not too sweet and we liked it. It's enough potent. Ingredients:
2 ounces white rum |
1/2 ounce galliano |
1/2 ounce apricot brandy |
4 ounces apple juice (freshly pressed, but i used store-bought) |
1 ounce lime juice |
1/2 ounce sugar syrup |
Directions:
1. Pour all the ingredients in a shaker with ice. 2. Shake and strain in a highball filled with ice. 3. Garnish with quarters of lime, sliced and serve with long straws. |
