hearty borscht. Ingredients:
2 beets, cut in one inch cubes |
2 potatoes, cut in one inch cubes |
2 stalks celery, chopped |
2 carrots, chopped |
2 cups loosely packed greens |
2 cups vegetable broth |
2 bay leaves |
1/3 cup kielbasa, in chunks |
Directions:
1. bring ingredients to a boil, then simmer for about 20 minutes. 2. add any veggies you like. |
