hearty borscht.
Ingredients:
2 beets, cut in one inch cubes
2 potatoes, cut in one inch cubes
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
2 cups loosely packed greens
2 cups vegetable broth
2 bay leaves
1/3 cup kielbasa, in chunks
Directions:
1. bring ingredients to a boil, then simmer for about 20 minutes.
2. add any veggies you like.
