1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
1/2 cup fresh parsley plus 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
salt & freshly ground black pepper |
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil |
3 ounces goat cheese or 3 ounces cream cheese |
1/2 cup sour cream or 1/2 cup creme fraiche or 1/2 cup greek yogurt |
1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped or 1 teaspoon dried thyme |
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped or 1 teaspoon dried dill |
1 teaspoon lemon zest |

red onion, slices |
red leaf lettuce |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, 1/3 cup parsley, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce; form into 4 patties. 2.
