Ingredients:
1/3 cup(s) bacon pieces |
1/4 cup(s) cilantro fresh |
1 can(s) diced green chilies (4 oz) |
1 teaspoon(s) garlic crushed |
1 bottle(s) mexican beer |
1/2 cup(s) onions diced |
2 can(s) pinto beans (16 oz) |
1 can(s) rotel (10 oz) |
Directions:
1. In medium pot over medium-high heat, stir to combine all ingredients except cilantro. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir in cilantro and serve. |
