Ingredients:
1/3 cup(s) bacon pieces |
1/4 cup(s) cilantro |
1 teaspoon(s) garlic, crushed |
1 can(s) green chilies (4 oz) |
1 lime, cut into wedges |
1 bottle(s) mexican beer (12 oz) |
1/2 cup(s) onions, diced |
2 can(s) pinto beans (16 oz) |
1 can(s) rotel (12 oz) |
Directions:
1. In a medium pot over mediumhot heat, stir to combine all ingredients except the cilantro and lime. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to mediumlow and simmer for 20 minutes. Add Cilantro and serve with lime wedges. |
