From Cooking Light. Is served with Potatoes Bravas and coleslaw. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups chopped white onions |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
1 1/2 lbs medium shrimp, peeled deveined |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
2 tablespoons butter |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce |
1/4 cup fresh lime juice |
1/4 cup finely chopped green onion |
Directions:
1. Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add onion, saute 3 minutes. 2. Add cumin, chili powder, shrimp, and garlic, saute 4 minutes. 3. Remove from heat, and add butter, salt, and hot sauce. 4. Stir until butter melts. 5. Stir in juice and green onions. |
