A nice lowfat way to eat pasta!
Ingredients:
8 ounces pasta
1 package fat free cream cheese
3 tablespoons diced green chilies
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
cayenne (optional)
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to directions on package.
2. In a saucepan combine cream cheese, green chilies, cilantro and garlic salt.
3. Gently warm over low heat, stirring to blend ingredients.
4. Pour pasta over cream cheese sauce and stir to mix thoroughly.
5. Serve warm.
