A different way to serve up stew meat. Ingredients:
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1/2 cup red wine |
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package onion soup mix (lipton) |
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme |
2 lbs stew meat |
8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced |
8 ounces baby carrots |
Directions:
1. Mix sauce in slow cooker. 2. Add meat, carrots and mushrooms. 3. Stir to coat meat with sauce. 4. Cook on High for 4 hours or Low for 8 hours. |
