smooth peach colored smoothie
Ingredients:
1/4-1/2 cup yogurt
3 -5 half skinless frozen plums
1/4 cup frozen mango
1/2 of a banana
splash milk (optional)
Directions:
1. add yogurt to blender.
2. put hot water on plums and skin comes right off then put in blender.
3. add frozen mangoes.
4. add 1/2 of banana.
5. add milk optional.
