A great cobbler type dessert for halloween Ingredients:
6 cups blueberries |
1/2 cup all-purpose flour |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon rind, finely grated |
2 cups marshmallow cream |
prepared pie crust |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. 2. In a small bowl, combine fruit, flour, sugar and lemon rind. 3. Stir to mix well. 4. Pour into muffin pans. 5. Crumble pie crust evenly over fruit mixture. 6. Bake for about 50 minutes. 7. Top with marshmallow fluff. |
