Bonnie's Oven-Fried Zucchini

This is another from a local Church cookbook from the mid-Atlantic coastal area. The Italian salad dressing makes this differ from the other recipes here. You may wish to serve this with some horseradish sauce. I hope you will try these as they are reallly good!
Ingredients:
2 medium zucchini
1/4 cup italian breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons romano cheese
1/4 cup italian salad dressing, plus
1 tablespoon italian salad dressing
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
2. Rinse garden zucchini. Cut off at both ends. Cut zucchini in half, lengthwise then cut each half into 8 strips.
3. In a shallow dish, combine bread crumbs and cheeses.
4. Dip zucchini strips into the Italian salad dressing, then roll in the bread crumb/cheese mixture.
5. Place zucchini in a single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet.
6. Bake at 475 degrees for 5 minutes. Turn zucchini and bake an additonal 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
